Our mission is simple:
At the heart of our business is a tight-knit, solutions-focused crew that’s all about making your home work better for you.
Greg – Boss man, ideas guy, and the driving force behind the business.
Jade – Social media gal, Greg’s sounding board.
Wayne, Kirsten & Fiona – Our sales dream team. Their window furnishing wisdom runs so deep, you’ll start wondering if they sleep in shutters and dream in fabric swatches.
Michelle – Holding it down at reception, greeting you with friendly vibes always.
Jaime – Admin and accounts queen, spreadsheet whisperer.
Dave – Warehouse and operations wizard.
Marty (Greg’s brother) – Our install ninja who’s fast, flawless, and always on point. Efficient? That’s just how he rolls.
About Greg
Greg is the man behind Central Coast Blinds & Shutters, with 15 years of industry experience and a lifetime of know-how.
He officially took the reins in 2022, purchasing the business from his parents, Lynda & Frank, after years of working alongside them in the family business.
Helping Mum and Dad retire and taking over the family business has been one of the proudest moments of my life.
I miss working alongside them every day – the laughs, the lessons, the little things (mums cheeky snacks) but knowing they’re out there ticking off their bucket list and loving life? That means everything.Â
Mum and Dad originally ran a blind manufacturing facility right next door to our showroom on Racecourse Road, Marty was head of production, so you could say window furnishings are in our blood.
While the GFC brought the manufacturing side to a close, most of our blinds are still proudly made here in Australia.
OUR STORY
We’re a family-owned, solutions-based business that’s been part of the local landscape since 1975—right alongside our parent company, Central Coast Carpet One (formally Shadomill Carpets & Blinds), which operates out of the same building. Together, we’re able to offer complete home solutions, including exclusive package deals that bundle flooring and window furnishings.
Whether you’re updating one room or doing a full home refresh, having everything under one roof means less stress, better value, and a smoother experience from start to finish.
